The Estate of Scott Alexander Carmichael, residing at 3 Buckingham Terrace, Glasgow G12 8EB formerly c/o 1 Crawford Gardens, Glasgow was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on 6th August 2003 and Irene Harbottle of W. David Robb CA, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow was appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estates.

Any creditor of the above named debtor is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the interim trustee. For the purpose of formulation claims, Creditors should note that the date of Sequestration is 6th August 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
