The estate of Roy McConnachie, having a place of business and currently residing at Braeminsion, Glen Clova, Dykehead, Kirriemuir, Angus DD8 4QQ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Forfar on Wednesday 30th July 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan B Wright, Dand Carnegie & Co., Stannergate House, 41 Dundee Road West, Dundee DD5 1NB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 27th June 2003.
