The estate of Andrew Sinclair Watt, 124 Sandveien, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0RW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Lerwick on Friday 4th July 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan W Adie, Haines Watts, 403 Holburn Street, Aberdeen AB10 7GS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 4th July 2003.
