Notice to Creditors to Submit Claims
In the Matter of
Chester (No 6) Limited
(Formerly known as Moseley Bus and Coach Limited)
and The Insolvency Act 1986
Notice is hereby given, under Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is the intention of the Joint Liquidators to declare a first and final distribution to creditors in respect of the above named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 11th July 2003 (the last day of proving), to send their proofs of debt in writing to the undersigned Tim Walsh of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 9 Bond Court, Leeds LS1 2SN, the Joint Liquidator of the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
It should be noted that after this date, the Joint Liquidators have the right to defray an outstanding expenses of the winding up from the assets of the Company, and to make any distributions which they may think fit, without further regard to creditors claims which were not proved within the above mentioned period.
All known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
