The estate of Nigel P Clark, a former partner in the now dissolved firm of MB Aquila, 7 Havragord Brae, Shetland and formerly resided at 7 South Road, Lerwick, Shetland was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 17th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Iain Fraser, Tenon Recovery, 33 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 5th March 2003.
