Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of members of the above company will be held at Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL on 29th May 2003 at 10.00am for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s Report on the conduct at the winding up and determining whether the Liquidator should be released in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.
