The estate of Nasrullah Mohammed, 2 Leven Street, 2 Up Right, Pollockshields, Glasgow was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 7th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graham C Tough Esq CA, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
