The estate of Hugh Malone Henderson, formerly of 131 Prospecthill Court, Greenock, PA15 4ES and now c/o MacFarlane, 165 Lynedoch Court, Greenock PA15 4QW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Greenock on Tuesday 11th March 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David J Maclay Esq CA, M/s Bannerman Johnstone Maclay, Tara House, 46 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 1HG, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 14th February 2003.
