DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 22) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 81) Order 2001 comes into force on 8th March 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, asamended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Gonfirth Salmon Limited at the site formerly known as Gonfirth Voe now known as Coleness situated north east of South Voxter in Gon Firth, Shetland Isles, (OS grid ref: HU 365 617) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
