DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 18) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 62) Order 2000 comes into force on 22nd February 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied, that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Gonfirth Salmon Limited at the site known as Olnafirth, situated in the Olna Firth, Mainland, Shetland Islands (OS Grid Ref: HU 388 649) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
