Centro Espanol Lorca

Notice is hereby given that on 6th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving for an order to restore Centro Espanol Lorca, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its last registered office at 93 Hope Street, Glasgow G2 6LD, to be restored to the Register of Companies. By deliverance dated 7th January 2003, the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and deliverance to intimated on the Walls of the Court and to be served on The Lord Advocate, Queen’s & Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer and on the Registrar of Companies and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald newspaper and ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement under certification.
