Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 21st November 2002, GIB (UK) Nominees Limited, formerly known as SIB Nominees Limited, assigned all of the interest held by it in the Euractions Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number LP 1642 (“the Partnership”) to Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited, incorporated in England and Wales and having its registered office at One Knightsbridge, London, and that with effect from 21st November 2002 GIB (UK) Nominees Limited, ceased to be a limited partner and Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
