Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986

At a motion hearing on 9th October 2002 at Paisley Sheriff Court in terms of Section 17 of the above Act further to a Disqualification Undertaking given by Stephen Ferrier, 34 Balgonie Avenue, Paisley, PA2 9LP, which was accepted by the Secretary of State in terms of Section 1(A) and 7(2A) of the Directors Disqualification Act 1986, the Sheriff pronounced inter alia the following:

The Sheriff Grants the Defender’s motion for leave in terms of Section 17 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 for a period of 6 years from 11th September 2000.
