The estate of James McFarland, 53 Turnberry Wynd, Tarryholme, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 4DP was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kilmarnock on Wednesday 20th November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William White Esq CA, Messrs W White & Co, 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ER, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 22nd October 2002.
