The estate of Gerard Mallon, 141 Friars Croft, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 21st November 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to D Donald McGruther Esq CA, Grant Thornton, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7JZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 15th October 2002.
