WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
NATIONAL PARK AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (As Amended)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above 1949 Act that by The Loch Leven National Nature Reserve No. 3 Declaration Vane Farm 2002 dated 11th November 2002 it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to 222 hectares or thereby part of the Lands and Estate of Vane Farm and East Brackley, in the local authority area of Perth and Kinross Council is managed as a National Nature Reserve by The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, (a body approved by S.N.H. for the purposes of a national nature reserve in terms of section 35(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) under the provisions of the above 1949 Act with effect from 21st November 2002.
Certified copies of The Loch Leven National Nature Reserve No. 3 Declaration Vane Farm 2002 have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following 21st November 2002.
