THE A96 TRUNK ROAD (FOCHABERS AND MOSSTODLOCH BYPASS) (SIDE ROADS) (VARIATION) ORDER 200

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they propose to make a variation Order under section 12 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, to alter the construction of new side roads; the stopping up of various existing roads and accesses and the provision of certain new means of access being provided under “The A96 Trunk Road (Fochabers and Mosstodloch Bypass) (Side Roads) Order 200”. Copies of the draft Order and relevant plans referred to therein maybe inspected, free of charge, during normal business hours from 8th October 2002 to 19th November 2002 at the offices of the Scottish Executive Development Department. Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ; the offices of the Moray Council. Council Office, Academy Street, Elgin IV30 1LL; Fochabers Post Office, 39 High Street, Fochabers IV32 7DX; Fochabers Library, 55 High Street. Fochabers IV32 7DY; and Mosstodloch Post Office, 1 Garmouth Road, Mosstodloch IV32 7JB.

Any person, may, within 6 weeks from 8th October 2002, object to the making of the Order in writing to the Chief Road Engineer, the Scottish Executive Development Department, Trunk Roads Design and Construction Division 2, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ quoting reference OTG/41718/3V. Objections should state the name and address of the objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
