ADVENT MANAGEMENT III LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 25th April 2002 Advent GPIC Limited transferred to each of Advent Limited, Fredric Court, Shahzad Malik, Susan Lloyd, James McNaught-Davis, Jeryl Andrew and Isabelle Irani part of the interest held by it in Advent Management III Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3864 and that with effect from such date each of such persons became a limited partner in the Partnership.
