ABANDONMENT
NORTH CIRCULAR ROAD AND TARRY LANE, LURGAN
The Department for Regional Development, being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an order to abandon 1693 square metres of superseded road adjacent to North Circular Road and Tarry Lane, Lurgan. The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period
14 August 2013 to 24 September 2013 at Roads Service Headquarters, Room 213, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast and Craigavon Section Office, Carn Industrial Estate, Craigavon, BT63 5RH.
Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by written notice to the Department at Roads Service Southern Division, Marlborough House, Central Way, Craigavon, BT64 1AD, stating the grounds of objection.
