NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (NI) 1958 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the late SARAH TERESA MCINTAGGART (orse Theresa McIntaggart) who died on 5 April 2012 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Personal Representative, on or before 27 February 2013.

AND NOTICE IS hereby further given that after this date the Personal Representative will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representative will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
