THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND BENEFITS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 144(3)(b) and 171(3)(b) of the Social Security Contributions And Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Department for Social Development has made an order entitled the Christmas Bonus (Specified Sum) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 502).

Copies of the regulation, as approved by resolution of the assembly on 17 February 2009, may be purchased at an early date from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
