Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 26th January 2009 an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads (Fintona) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. 2009 No. 25) which will come into operation on 17th February 2009.

The purpose of the Order is to authorise the use as parking places of lengths of Main Street, Fintona and to prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive vehicles may wait for a period not exceeding 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited until a period of 1 hour has expired. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.
