IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS JAMES NUGENT LATE OF LOUGH NEAGH NURSING HOME. 23 MAGHERY ROAD, PORTADOWN, CRAIGAVON AND FORMERLY OF 84 CORTAMLAT ROAD, ARMAGHBREAGUE, NEWTOWNHAMILTON IN THE COUNTY OF ARMAGH
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the above named deceased, who died on the 11th day July 1998 are hereby required to send on or before the 12th day of April 2007 particulars of such claims or interest to the undersigned Solicitor for the Personal Representative of the Deceased.
And Notice is hereby given after the said 12th day of April 2007 the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having a regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
