Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the final meeting of members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP, Chartered Accountants, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square London, WC1B 5LF, on 26 February 2007 at 11.00 a.m. for the purposes of having an account presented showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the joint liquidators.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a member. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the liquidator at Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square London, WC1B 5LF, no later than 12 noon on the preceeding day.
