Environmental Impact Assessment
Uncultivated Land and Semi-Natural Areas Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) has received a number of proposals for agricultural intensification projects.
The Department, as required by the above Regulations, has considered
each proposal and made a decision as to whether its consent is required.
The location of the projects and the decisions made by the Department
in each case are set out below:
