Police (Recruitment) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006, No. 69

Notice is hereby given that the Northern Ireland Office, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 and 26 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 and sections 41, 43 and 44 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000, has made amendment Regulations entitled:

Police (Recruitment) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006, No. 69

This instrument gives effect to corrective action, as requested by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments in its second Report, regarding the Police (Recruitment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2001.
