Notice is hereby given that the above Order in Council was laid at Westminster on 26th January and that, along with its Explanatory Memorandum, may be viewed on www.opsi.gov.uk.

Alternatively hard copies may be obtained from the Stationery Office Bookshop, price £3 for the Draft Order and £3 for the Explanatory Memorandum.
