Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and Articles 55(2)(h), 202(1)(b), 211 and 287(2) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Regulatory Own Funds) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 570).
