The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 18(1)(b), 25(2)(d), and 47(2) of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 has made Regulations entitled –

The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.

The Regulations will come into operation on 5th September 2005. Copies of these Regulations may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
