EMPLOYER’S LIABILITY (DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND COMPULSORY INSURANCE) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972

The Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No.392)

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Employer’s Liability (Defective Equipment and Compulsory Insurance) (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, has made Regulations entitled “The Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005’’ (S.R. 2005 No. 392).

The amending Regulations add the following body to the exemptions in Schedule 2 to the Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 (S.R. No 448), that is to say–

•	Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission

The Regulations come into operation on 26th September 2005
