Department of the Environment

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 22)

These Regulations, which come into operation on 221 April 2005 amend the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 in relation to the visual transmission requirements for light through windscreens and windows.
