Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final general meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at BDO Stoy Hayward, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast, BT1 5BN on Tuesday 31st August 2004 at 10.30 am for the purposes of having an account laid before the meeting and to receive the Joint Liquidator’s report, showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a member. Proxy forms must be returned to the Joint Liquidators at BDO Stoy Hayward, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast, BTI 5BN, not later than 12.00 noon on 27th August 2004.
