Elbow Beach Climate Impact Fund II LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 March 2026 Elbow Beach Climate Impact II GP Limited (CRN: 16079388) transferred 100% of its general partner interest in Elbow Beach Climate Impact Fund II LP (CRN: LP023968) (the “Partnership”) to Elbow Beach Climate Impact II General Partner LLP (CRN: OC460181) and consequently on that date, Elbow Beach Climate Impact II GP Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by Elbow Beach Climate Impact II General Partner LLP.
