Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 6 Albion Road, Hayes

ii) Outside No. 2-18 Sandalwood Drive, Ruislip

iii) Outside No. 12 Lymington Drive, Ruislip

iv) Iffley Close alongside No. 27 Montague Road, Uxbridge

v) Outside No. 4 Nevin House, Bourne Avenue, Hayes

vi) On Nine Acres Close, opposite No. 19 Fairbourne House, Bourne Avenue, Hayes

vii) Opposite No. 38 Skipton Drive, Hayes

viii) Outside No. 12 Mill Avenue, Uxbridge

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 58 Oxford Drive, Ruislip

ii) Outside No. 28 Brandville Road, West Drayton

iii) Outside No. 33 Wimborne Avenue, Hayes

4. Extend the operating times of the Zone SR(B) business permit holder parking place opposite Nos. 40 to 52 Station Approach, Ruislip to operate ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm’.

5. Introduce seasonal short stay parking places on the Howletts Lane, Ruislip between the junctions with Breakspear Road and Brickett Close. Operational ‘10am to 7pm Saturday, Sunday, Bank & Public Holidays between 1st May and 1st September’ with a maximum stay of up to two hours with no return within one hour.

6. Extend the operating times of the existing Zone WD1 permit holder parking place on Colham Mill Road, West Drayton northeast of the junction with Humber Close to operate ‘9am to 11pm’ everyday.

7. Convert all existing sections of ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions on Colham Mill Road, West Drayton between the junctions of Station Road and Weirside Gardens to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.

8. Install a no stopping school keep clear marking operational ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ on Potter Street Hill, Northwood at the entrance to St John’s School.

SCHEDULE - PROPOSED 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS

THE UPLANDS, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 1 The Uplands by 5 metres northeastwards.

LEA CRESCENT, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 2 Lea Crescent by 2 metres.

BEDWELL GARDENS, HAYES

i) Install double yellow lines opposite No. 64 Bedwell Gardens.

ii) Install double yellow lines along the southern side of the southern access road linking the two arms of Bedwell Gardens.

MOOR PARK ROAD, NORTHWOOD – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 37 Moor Park Road by 3 metres eastwards.

MILDRED AVENUE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Ross Close.

ROSS CLOSE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Mildred Avenue.

ACRE WAY, NORTHWOOD – Install double yellow lines on the inside of the corner adjacent to No. 5 Acre Way.

MARINA APPROACH, HAYES

i) Install double yellow lines in the turning area adjacent to Nos. 18 and 19 Marina Approach.

ii) Install double yellow lines in the turning area opposite Nos. 39 and 40 Marina Approach.

GREEN LANE, NORTHWOOD – Convert the existing waiting restrictions to double yellow lines between the junction with Hallowell Road to outside No. 110 Green Lane.
