NOTICE OF A CRYPTO WALLET FOREFITURE ORDER APPLICATION PURSUANT TO Section 303Z41(1) PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 (as amended by the CRIMINAL FINANCES ACT 2017)

TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 the Serious Fraud Office have applied to Westminster Magistrates Court for a crypto wallet forfeiture order in respect of crypto assets held in Bitcoin and USD Coin, in the name of Richard Yeowart, in a crypto wallet and/or account administered by a UK-connected service provider CB PAYMENTS LTD (“COINBASE”) OF THE SCALPEL, 18TH FLOOR, 52 LIME STREET, LONDON, EC2M 7AF.

This crypto wallet forfeiture application relates to a crypto wallet freezing order granted on 15th July 2025 pursuant to s.303Z36 & s.303Z37 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (as amended by the Criminal Finances Act 2017).
