Prefequity Credit Opportunities II Carried Interest LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Prefequity Credit Opportunities II Carried Interest GP Limited (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to each of (i) Theo Dickens; (ii) John Carew Pole; (iii) Thomas Barratt; and (iv) Philip Williams, with effect from 6 March 2026.

As a result of the above transfers, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and each of (i) Thomas Barratt and (ii) Philip Williams have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
