NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that on 26 March 2026 the above-named company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Darren Edwards was appointed Liquidator. The company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.
