Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Stichting Depositary PGGM Private Equity Funds, acting in its capacity as title holder and for the risk and account of PGGM Private Equity Fund transferred 100% of the interest held by it in EQT VII (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016389 (the “Partnership”), to (i) PEX Holdings 1005 AB LLC and (ii) VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as general partner for and on behalf of PEX Employee Aggregator I-A (P) LP. As a result of such transfer, (i) PEX Holdings 1005 AB LLC and (ii) VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as general partner for and on behalf of PEX Employee Aggregator I-A (P) LP were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Stichting Depositary PGGM Private Equity Funds, acting in its capacity as title holder and for the risk and account of PGGM Private Equity Fund ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
