At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Flat 1 West Lawn Broadfield Way, Aldenham, Hertfordshire, WD25 8DF on 4 March 2026 the following resolutions, numbers 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and number 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily";

2. "That Lloyd Edward Hinton and Kelly Knight be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately"; and

3. "That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie".
