Notice convening final meetings of members and creditors pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 1 The Square, Moy, Co. Tyrone, BT71 7SG on the 24 February 2026 at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meetings:

1. That the Liquidator receives his release and discharge;

2. That the books and records of the Company be destroyed by the Liquidator 1 year after his release

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxies forms must be returned to the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 1 The Square, Moy, Co. Tyrone, BT71 7SG or by email to eoin.hughes@scc-ca.com no later than 12 noon on 23 February 2026.
