By Written Resolutions of the Members of the above-named Company, dated 20 January 2026, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as (1) Special Resolution and (2&3) as Ordinary Resolutions:
1. That it has been proven that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That James Richard Clark of Interpath Advisory, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP and James Ronald Alexander Lumb of Interpath Advisory, 60 Grey Street, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 6AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.
3. That anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.
At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 20 January 2026 the appointment of James Richard Clark and James Ronald Alexander Lumb as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
