Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2025, CAP Prévoyance transferred its entire interest in Elysian Capital II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016522, to Capacity – Fonds Institutionnel – L-QIF which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
