Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, with effect from 31 December 2025, Schroders Capital Private Equity Secondaries II L.P. transferred the whole of its interest in BlueGem II LP (the "Interest"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP15647 (the “Partnership”) to Kline Hill Partners Fund V Extension LP (66.67% of the Interest) and Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC (33.33% of the Interest). Schroders Capital Private Equity Secondaries II L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Kline Hill Partners Fund V Extension LP and Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
