Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 21 May 2025, the terms of the following partnerships have been extended to 21 May 2028.

• Silverfleet Capital Partners II LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015812);

• Silverfleet Capital Partners II Affiliates’ (B) LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016462); and

• Silverfleet Capital II WPLF LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP15813).
