Notice is hereby given that, at a hearing in the High Court of Justice in the Isle of Man (Civil Division) on 4 December 2025 pursuant to Section 162 (1) of the Companies Act 1931 as applied by Section 182 of the Companies Act 2006 that the Company be and is hereby wound up and that Gordon Wilson of FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd, 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EQ and Jeremy Woodside of Quantuma, The Lexicon, 10-12 Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NT, be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators and deemed Joint Official Receivers of the Company.

Notice is also given, pursuant to Section 179(2) of the Companies Act 1931, as applicated by Section 182 of the Companies Act 2006 that the First Meeting of Contributories followed by the First Meeting of Creditors of the Company will be held on 12 January 2026 at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EQ at 11:00 and 11:30 respectively for the purposes of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of the Creditors and an estimated amount of their claim, laid before them and for the purpose, if through fit, of nominating Liquidators and of appointing a Committee of Inspection. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, IM1 1EQ, Isle of Man, no later than 16:00 on 9 January 2026.

Proof of Debt and Proxy Voting Forms in relation to the above meetings can be obtained from FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd at iom@frpadvisory.com.

Notice is also given that, for the purpose of voting, secured creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the above meeting a statement giving the particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
