Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that,with effect from 9 December 2025, Yarpa Investimenti SGR SpA on behalf of Fondo Delta has transferred the whole of its interest in BlueGem II LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP15647 (the “Partnership”) to Yielco Private Equity Europe III SCS, SICAV-RAIF. Yarpa Investimenti SGR SpA on behalf of Fondo Delta has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Yielco Private Equity Europe III SCS, SICAV-RAIF has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
