Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 9 December 2025, ABRDN DIVERSIFIED INCOME AND GROWTH PLC (the "Transferor") transferred its interest as a limited partner in Pan-European Infrastructure Fund LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP010885, to KLINE HILL PARTNERS CORE V SPV LLC which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
