“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Bethan Louise Evans (IP No. 13130) and John Dean Cullen (IP No. 9214) both of Menzies LLP, 5th Floor, Hodge House, 114-116 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
