CSC SECTION OF THE DXC PENSION PLAN (THE 'PLAN`)

Notice is hereby given under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Plan (DXC UK Trustee Limited) is intending to wind up the CSC Section of the Plan (the "CSC Section"). This only affects the CSC Section and does not affect any other Section of the Plan.

The Plan was previously called the "CSC Computer Sciences Ltd 2005 Pension Scheme". The CSC Section included members who had previously worked for CSC Computer Sciences Limited, amongst other companies, and included certain members who had previously been members of the CSC Computer Sciences Ltd Pension Scheme and the SMS Staff Benefits Plan.

The Trustee believes that all members of the CSC Section have already been identified, and it contacted all such members of the CSC Section, for whom addresses were held, in May 2024 and November 2024 with regard to the transfer of their benefits from the CSC Section to another pension arrangement (either the DXC Section of the DXC UK Pension Scheme or the CSC Section of the DXC UK Pension Scheme).

The Trustee of the Plan wishes to trace all members and their beneficiaries, who are entitled to benefits under the CSC Section, who have not already been informed of the transfer of their benefits to another pension arrangement.

Anyone who believes that he or she is a member of the CSC Section but has not already been contacted by the Trustee about the transfer of benefits - or anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the CSC Section but has not already been contacted by the Trustee about the transfer of such interest, claim or entitlement - should write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to: DXC UK Trustee Limited c/o XPS Group, Phoenix House, 1 Station Hill, Reading, RG1 1NB.

When contacting the Trustee, please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, your date of birth and your National Insurance number.

Details must be received within two months of the date of the publication of this Notice. After the expiry of this two-month period, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the CSC Section among the persons and entities entitled to them. The CSC Section shall then be wound up, and the Trustee will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this Notice.
