Transfer of Interest in Equistone Partners Europe Fund V "B" L.P.

Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 30 September 2025, AXA Primary Fund VI L.P. (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund V "B" L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP016239, to SP Astor Acquisitions L.P. which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
